The Suomipesis online store sells products to adult private individuals, sports clubs, and companies. All prices include Finnish VAT. We reserve the right to make changes to prices, delivery charges, and delivery terms without prior notice.

Ordering

Products are ordered via the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing payment through the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially.

The contact details requested during ordering are used solely for processing and delivering the order or resolving any issues related to it, unless otherwise explicitly stated. By placing an order in the online store, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of delivery and these terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering.

Payment and Payment Methods

The payment service provider and payment intermediary is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on bank statements or card invoices and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution.

In case of complaints related to payments, we kindly ask customers to contact the product supplier (Suomipesis Oy) first.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email without delay. The confirmation includes your order details. Please always review the contents of the order confirmation carefully.

If you have any questions or notice any discrepancies, contact our customer service immediately. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service later. When contacting customer service, please have your order number and possible customer number available.
